Brazilian Bikinis and your feedback….
I wanted to get a chance to talk to you all about what makes a perfect Brazilian Bikini (or as the Brazilians call them Tangas….) The Brazilian culture is known for being a very relaxed, open and sexually oriented society. It is still up to debate on who/where the bikini originated. But, there can be little debate as to where the leading edge of bikini design is (hint ~Brazil). For the last 40 years Brazil has designed and led the movement on bikini design and fashion. Oftentimes you will see designs show up there first before they reach the rest of the world. This is also the place where Look Swimwear began.
For those of you who don’t know, Look started out of my passion to have a better fitting and sexier bikini. I was frustrated as a college student in the States by not being able to find a bikini that was me. Look is now one of the fastest growing bikini companies in North America and has a very established fan base in where we began- Brazil. We now have half of our design team and all of our factories there and are scoping the best beaches of Brazil for the leading trends in bikini fashion and design.
I wanted to ask all of you, “What makes the perfect Brazilian Bikini?”. Our designers have their ideas and we are always on the search for the latest fabrics and cuts to integrate into our designs. We feel that it is very important for us to continually renew our offerings and keep our lines fresh, trendy and of course, sexy. Some of our current lines are your more standard cuts like our Hip Shot, Total Package and Two on One Brazilian Bikinis. We also have the classic Sweet Strings string bikini. These are the base of our business and we have had more great feedback on the cut, fit and lines of these than any other in our line up. We know Brazilian bikinis and love the fact that you come here first when you are looking to buy them…
