Return and Exchange Policy
Your 100% satisfaction- period. This has been our policy since day one and has served us well. This is how we like to be treated as individual consumers and you deserve nothing less.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with our original and logoed tags attached. This tag states, "Warning, for hygiene reasons, you must try garment on top of your underwear. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if garment is returned unmarked and in new condition with this tag still attached". If this tag is not attached, or is attached and shows that you have worn our swimwear for a duration other than for sizing then your purchase will fall out of the bounds of our return policy.
Returning items that have been worn other than for sizing will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to you, the customer.
Also note that all items that are returned for exchange or refund that fall within the limits of our return procedures are promptly photographed and then destroyed due to sanitary reasons.
ALL refunds will be charged a $15.00 flat fee that will be deducted from the original transaction and the difference, less original shipping, will be refunded back to the original credit card or payment method.
Returns and exchanges should be generally received within 14 days from date of shipping for US customers and within 30-45 days for international customers. Domestic returns/exchanges will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, while International returns/exchanges will be sent by USPS International.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for US customers and 30 days for International customers. Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must pay to return the goods to us of which you will not be reimbursed.

If you created a username during checkout you can easily start a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) online and then send back your merchandise clearly outlining what steps we should take upon receipt. You can track your RMA and communicate directly with our Customer Service Department online via your RMA. You can log on to create your RMA here:

If you did not create a username during checkout then please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges and replacement product(s) you desire. Also include any details as to the reason of your return and any item you would want in exchange.
When returning items to us, we highly recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address. Refunds are processed through our third party credit card processing company against the original order number. Include a correct working email address (and possibly a phone number) with all correspondence to us so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
